Instructions
In order to qualify for early-bird registration rates, your registration form for the Remodeler & Supplier Expo must be submitted to the Milwaukee/NARI office by February 10, 2010. Registration forms sent to our office via postal mail must be postmarked by February 10 in order to qualify for early-bird registration rates. Following the early-bird deadline, increased rates will apply.

Pre-registered attendees will receive a registration confirmation via mail within 14 business days of receipt.

We recommend that you retain a photocopy of your registration form prior to submitting it to the Milwaukee/NARI office for processing.

Member vs. Non-NARI Member Registration Fees
Member rates apply to current members of Milwaukee, Madison and Fox Valley NARI. Renew your dues or become a new member to qualify for discounted registration rates. Online access to these chapters’ membership applications can be found online at the following links:

Policies
-One form per registrant is required.
-Exhibitors must register via the official Exhibitor Registration Form (available Nov. 30).
-Registrations via the phone will not be accepted.
-Registrations submitted without payment will not be processed.
-Registrations submitted after February 10, including those postmarked after February 10, will not be eligible for discounted early-bird rates.
-Non-members who attach a membership application to their registration form will still be asked to pay the non-member fee and will be issued a check for reimbursement of the balance following approval of their membership application at a future meeting of their respective chapter’s Board of Directors meeting.

3 Ways to Register

1. Fax your completed registration form to Milwaukee/NARI at (414) 771-4077.
2. Mail your completed registration form to Milwaukee/NARI at P.O. Box 26788, Wauwatosa, WI 53226.
3. Submit a scanned copy of your completed registration form to Milwaukee/NARI via e-mail at amanda@milwaukeenari.org.

Registration Desk
The on-site registration desk for the Remodeler & Supplier Expo is scheduled to open at 7:00 am on Wednesday, March 10, 2010. The registration desk will be located inside the main entrance to the Marcus Majestic Cinemas.  

Cancellation Policy
All requests for cancellation must be made in writing prior to February 10, 2010. Approved requests for a refund will not be processed until after the Remodeler & Supplier Expo (after March 10, 2010). Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.
