The goal of the project was to convert an existing cold and dark 7,150-square-foot warehouse facility into a comfortable, multi-functional office space with room for future expansion. The surrounding Milwaukee buildings were replicated with exposed ceilings and ductwork, the installation of cream brick, veneered maple floors with a golden stain, and clever use of scaffolding to create workspaces. Designed for future expansion and addition of a training center and lounge, the new space contains individual offices, a conference room, a combination break room and kitchen, and a business center.
